ROB (DRUMS, PERCUSSION, VOCALS)
Born near Dudley and proud of his Black Country heritage, Rob is rated as one of the most accomplished drummers in the Midlands. Rob’s lively personality, undoubted playing ability and vocal talents made him the natural choice when Quest needed to secure the services of a new drummer in February 2000. Rob formed his first band in the early eighties and proceeded to annoy the neighbours immensely by drumming day and night! Since those early years of being a bedroom superstar, Rob has gained a wealth of professional experience working with many artists both in Britain and abroad.Rob has performed hundreds of gigs in venues ranging from “the original” Marquee club, Ronnie Scott’s in London, St. David’s Hall Cardiff, The Albert Hall, the local school hall, The NEC, JB’s Dudley, to the Star Club Hambourg, The Hard Rock Cafe Nashville, Flevo Festival Holland, Greenbelt

PETER (BASS & ACOUSTIC GUITAR, VOCALS)
Peter joined the band in the Autumn of 2001 and his youthful looks belie the fact that he is now 27 years old. Peter trained on Classical Guitar but after completing grade 5 he moved to Bass Guitar and he has stayed with this instrument since his teenage years, becoming an accomplished bassist. Peter has concentrated his efforts on playing original material over his playing career to date and his band Locarno has received record label interest. He has played many named venues in London such as Cairo Jacks, The Garage and Sound Republic and has completed numerous recordings and studio sessions. Being brothers with close family ties, Peter and David had been looking for an opportunity to play together for many years and when the Bass position came available, Peter was the natural choice for Quest. Peter has a great appreciation and love of all music. He has many influences but his greatest influences of all are undoubtedly the Beach Boys and The Beatles. Peter is a very melodic bassist
and he sites the music of James Brown and the Motown bassist James Jameson as key influences on his playing style and of course Paul McCartney. Peter has enjoyed playing to audiences of over 2000 plus in his first year with Quest and is looking forward to playing with the band in 2003. Peter plays Musicman Bass and uses Trace Elliot Amplification.
